In the emergency medical field, the problem of excessive transfer, where ambulance transfers occur regardless of the patient's actual severity, is repeated. This leads to structured overcrowding in emergency rooms and inefficient use of medical resources.
A bigger problem is that treatment information from the field, transfer process data, and in-hospital medical data are disconnected from each other. This makes it difficult to continuously judge and manage the patient's condition before, during, and after transfer. This disconnection of information forces medical staff to rely on experience and estimation, leading to unnecessary tests, waiting, and reduced patient safety. DallGoo sees this 'disconnected judgment structure in the medical transfer process' as the root cause of inefficiency in the emergency medical system.
DallGoo Impact Solution
DallGoo developed an AI-based Intelligent Medical Transfer Engine (IMT²) that connects data generated throughout the entire emergency medical transfer process into a single flow. It integrates and analyzes field treatment information, real-time bio-signals, medical actions during transfer, and hospital handover data to propose the transfer method and medical resources truly needed by the patient. This enables optimal choices such as emergency ambulances, non-emergency transfers, and alternative transportation, and supports medical staff in making more objective and continuous judgments. By connecting the disconnected emergency medical market with data, DallGoo is creating a new standard to reduce emergency room overcrowding and medical waste while increasing patient safety.

Social Problem Bioma Solves
In many countries, including the UK, basic diagnostic services like blood tests are concentrated in large hospitals, making them difficult to access on a daily basis. Due to a lack of diagnostic infrastructure in the community, patients have to endure long waits and travel even for simple tests, repeatedly missing opportunities for early diagnosis.
This structure leads to failure in prevention and initial management of chronic diseases, resulting in treatment starting only after the disease has worsened. Ultimately, the lack of diagnostic infrastructure is connected to inefficiencies in the overall medical system and increased social costs beyond the limits of individual health management.
Bioma Impact Solution
To fill this gap in diagnostic infrastructure, Bioma expands accessible medical infrastructure in daily life by building small-scale diagnostic/blood collection centers in unused commercial spaces and transportation hubs. By moving away from a hospital-centric structure and densely placing diagnostic bases at the local level, anyone can use basic diagnostic services quickly and conveniently. At the same time, it connects data generated from offline infrastructure to a digital platform to support diagnostic results leading to continuous personal health management. Through this, Bioma is reducing the medical accessibility gap caused by a lack of diagnostic infrastructure and creating a medical environment where prevention and early response are possible.
